Kyleigh Konruff, Administrative Assistant

BIOGRAPHY

Kyleigh joined TBCO in October 2024.  As Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for greeting clients both in person and over the phone, managing client relationships, assisting the professional staff, and overseeing the day-to-day needs of the office.

A native of Harrisonville, MO, Kyleigh graduated from Harrisonville High School, where she proudly served as drum major for the Royal Regiment marching band during her senior year. Following high school, she dedicated five years to Brookdale Senior Living as a Life Enrichment Coordinator, thus beginning to build her skills in client management and support. 

For the last five years, she served as executive assistant for business consulting firm, Steadfast Ventures. 

Kyleigh currently resides in Harrisonville with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Grant (9) and Harper (6). In her spare time, she enjoys family activities and community involvement.
